We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by notifying users of the existence of the amended terms and conditions through our website. Wineway Solutions is a platform where we advertise alcohol and wine (“Products”) sourced directly from Suppliers to provide you with great pricing. We receive your order via our website and immediately distribute your order details to our Suppliers. Upon receipt of the order, it is processed and placed on a courier by the Supplier for delivery direct to you. Please note that Wineway Solutions does not operate any physical retail or wholesale outlets.
By registering on our website, you consent to receiving marketing, promotional and other material by way of electronic messages from us. You will ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access our website are kept secure and confidential and you will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security. You must not transfer your account to another user or maintain more than one account with us without our consent. You may at any time request that Wineway Solutions removes your details from the database.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and limit your access to our website.
In order to utilise our website and services:
- You must enter information required to open an account by following the registration process set out on the website;
- You must be 18 years or older to order alcohol and wine from our website. Therefore, you must confirm and acknowledge you are over 18 years of age and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. You warrant that you can produce sufficient evidence (e.g. New Zealand Driver’s License or Passport or Hospitality NZ 18 + card) of that entitlement on request prior to or upon delivery of the product.
- If you are unable to verify your age to our satisfaction within five working days of placing your order, your order may be cancelled, money returned to you and your account with us may be disabled. Proof of age documentation is only used by us to verify age.

Our website is operated by us from New Zealand. The information on our website may not be appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you choose to access our website from a jurisdiction other than New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
We or our suppliers own copyright in the contents of our website. No part of our website may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose and you are not permitted to incorporate the material or any part of it in any other work or publication (whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form) without our prior written consent. The linked sites are provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any linked site does not imply any endorsement of it by us or any association with its operators. We reserve the right to prohibit links to our website and you agree to remove or cease any link on our request.
Wineway Solutions enables you to take advantage of prices due to our arrangements with our Suppliers. Accordingly, all Products are sold subject to their availability while stocks last. Wineway Solutions accepts no responsibility for its inability to supply Products to you where the product is unavailable or where stock has been exhausted.
Product prices are displayed in New Zealand currency only and are inclusive of GST.
A delivery fee which covers the costs of sending the order by courier will be included in the total price at the time of purchase. Wineway Solutions may vary the prices of their Products at any time without prior notice.
If a computer error results in a material misstatement of your order, Wineway Solutions may require you to pay Wineway Solutions the difference between the amount charged for the order and the correct amount payable.
Wineway Solutions accepts payment by eftpos, AMEX, Visa, American Express, Google pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. All transactions made by Wineway Solutions are processed by Shopify
Wineway Solutions delivers to most locations within the North and South Islands of New Zealand and will endeavour to deliver the Products to the specified delivery address in a timely manner. Wineway Solutions takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of its control.
Property and risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery to your delivery address.
Nothing in these terms and conditions entitles you to refuse to take delivery or return the Products as being surplus to your needs or for any other reason other than those agreed herein. Wineway Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to you for any reason whatsoever.
Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to Wineway Solutions no later than five days after receipt of Products.
The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Wineway Solutions Suppliers have packed the order by contacting the Wineway Solutions before 8am the following day. Should the order have left the Supplier’s warehouse already, Wineway Solutions agrees to refund the cost of product, but not freight charges already incurred.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, you must contact Wineway Solutions within five days of receipt of the order on email@example.com for assistance. Please ensure that the Product and packaging is kept intact and retain your email confirmation of your order as proof of purchase. We have a discretion not to accept returns where you have simply changed your mind or where you simply don’t like the taste of the Product due to your own personal taste preferences.
Wineways Solutions will refund your money to you for alcohol or wine that is found to be faulty or defective when you have notified us of the fault or defect within 30 days of the purchase date and within two days of the date the Product was opened. If you notify us after 30 days or after two days of opening the Product, your Product will be replaced with a bottle of the same Product (subject to availability). You must retain the faulty or defective Product for our assessment to receive a replacement Product.
Failure by you to store the Product in accordance with usual good practice (having regard to temperature, light, humidity) which may cause the Product to deteriorate may have the effect of negating remedies otherwise available to you under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
We do not accept returns outside of New Zealand.
Any dealings with any advertiser appearing on our website are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. We are not responsible or liable for any part of any dealings or promotions.
If you use any communication tools available through our website (such as any forum, chat room or message centre), you agree only to use those communication tools for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use any communication tool for posting or disseminating any material unrelated to the use of our website, including (without limitation) the offer of goods or services for sale, files that may damage any other person’s computing devices or software, content that may be offensive to any other users of our website, or material or data in violation of any law (including data or other material that is protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use).
